Terms of service
The deal between you and LinkedList.ai. Using the service means accepting these.
What the service is
LinkedList.ai hosts a public link page for you and proposes periodic changes to it based on what you publish and what your visitors click. Suggestions are proposals: nothing reaches your page unless you accept it, or unless you have explicitly enabled autopilot for that kind of action.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials to yourself; if you think they have been used by someone else, tell us. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Your content stays yours
Your links, text, images and page remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store that content, to serve your page to visitors, and to process it so curation can make suggestions. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
What you may not do
- Link to malware, phishing, or anything illegal where you or your audience are
- Impersonate someone else, or present an affiliate link as an independent recommendation where the law requires disclosure
- Use the service to distribute spam, or to make your page a redirect hop for someone else’s traffic
- Attempt to reach another account’s data, or probe the service for weaknesses without telling us first
- Resell the service as your own, outside the Agency plan which is designed for exactly that
We can suspend or remove a page that breaks these, and we will tell you why when we do.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Free includes 7 links, one page, one feed and a single curation batch. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe or PayPal, and renew until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time and keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account returns to the Free limits. Nothing is deleted when you cancel— anything above the Free limits becomes read-only rather than disappearing, and your page stays live.
We do not generally refund part-used periods, but if something went wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out.
What curation will and will not do
Two commitments, both enforced in code rather than policy:
- It will never change where an existing link points. There is no such action in the system.
- Affiliate and sponsorship links are never added or reordered automatically on any plan.
Suggestions are generated with the help of a language model and are not guaranteed to be right. You are responsible for what you accept onto your page — including whether a link complies with disclosure rules that apply to you.
Availability
We aim to keep the service up and your page reachable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove features; where a change removes something you rely on, we will give notice.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost audience, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time from Account settings. We can close an account that breaks these terms, or stop offering the service entirely with reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
Changes and contact
We will tell you by email before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting the new terms.
